Welcome to Red Bridge Early Childhood Center

Red Bridge ECC is a part- time preschool program located in the heart of South Kansas City for children ages 2-5 years old. ECC opened its doors in 1978 as a ministry of Red Bridge United Methodist Church. Over the last 40 years, our partnership with Red Bridge UMC has grown. Because of this relationship, we are able to provide students with a high quality preschool experience where children can learn in a safe and loving environment. Our philosophy is to promote each child’s God given potential for spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth.

At Red Bridge ECC, parents will find experienced and caring teachers- many with over 10 years of experience in the classroom. With small class sizes, and two teachers in every classroom, students receive a lot of care and individual attention. We emphasize a play based curriculum while still incorporating skills that will prepare students for Kindergarten. It is fun to watch them grow during their time at ECC!
