Next generation Making a space in every experience that is designed to welcome Next Gen specifically Providing unique age appropriate and safe opportunities for growth in faith (children's worship, VBS, retreats, events, ECC, Safe Gatherings) Empowering them to lead and participate in all levels of the church community |
Leads by example in caring for the congregation in mind, body and soul. Congregational Care Works to keep our homebound members feeling connected. Maintain an accessibility library. Plan regular events and initiatives that allow the congregation to participate and grow in their care for one another. (Sock Sunday, potlucks, mother's day and father's day) Set policies for emergency benevolence funds for members of the congregation (direct aid, gift cards, items purchased) Offer funeral hospitality. |
The worship team has a backstage pass in the big picture planning, preparation and evaluation of the experience of worship at Red Bridge. Worship The worship teams biggest task is to produce the weekly "Sunday Morning Experience" (which includes readers, Communion, hospitality, ushers, greeters, acolytes, music and the band, technology- AV and streaming, art) Leads special worship events (Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Holy Week evening services, The Living Cross at Easter, Hanging of the Greens in Advent) |
